Folder hide not accessible under Mac OS
Hello ...
So I am now also win on Mac changed ... But unfortunately my Mac ne option, which was easier to win but ..
I just want to hide certain folders, so they no longer see ...
Because I've few programs installed, for example in my Documents folder, a folder created. and it is precisely the folder disturbs me in my order, because I never use this anyway and nothing brings me and only disturbs.
I would therefore like to hide like this ..
but the program must still have access to that ...
Because I've been any other things to read that you somehow point before the folder name, or so ... but then the program can no longer access ... and that is exactly what I want to avoid ..
So there's some tool with which I can do?
or do I have any commands into the terminal to enter?
So then .. thank you in advance
Re: Folder hide not accessible under Mac OS
Here's an idea with many folders a little faster:
1: Show hidden files:
Open Terminal: defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 1
Restarting the Finder (command + Alt + ESC)
2: Then the hidden files / folders with a. before the name, click ok.
3rd: hide files:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 0
Finder restart

So ... I did and did it with a folder .. but it is still there ....
the order just as I entered and the path to the folder I then pulled into the terminal .. because I was the same path will appear ... so you can make or ?!?!?
and something SimonBoss ..
how can I tell you I will once again show?
and the program can access it really?!
