Email messages are not sent or received in Outlook at startup
As i have mentioned in my title i am not able to send/ receive emails during my start up.Early i was able to do sobut now i'm not.
i have also tried to reinstall the outlook but it didn't worked for me.Please help me out with this issue

Try to follow this steps:-
- Open Outlook 2003.
- Click on Tools then select Options from the menu.
- Click on the Mail Setup tab.
- In the Send/Receive section make sure Send immediately when connected is selected\checked.
- Click Apply button then OK to exit.

I was also facing the same issue try to follow this steps i am sure i will work for you.
- On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive Settings, and then click Define Send/Receive Groups.
- Under Group Name, click the group, and then click Copy.
- Under Send/Receive Group Name, type the new group name, and then click OK.
- Under Group Name, click the old group name.
- Under both When Outlook is Online and When Outlook is Offline, click to clear the check box for Include this group in Send/Receive (F9).
- Click Close.
- Quit Outlook, and then restart Outlook.

have you setup the correct email account with the right configuration of SMTP, POP3, Password, Username? or you are using free email from yahoo, msn or something?
If you try to use free email it won't work at all.
