Before joining an animation institute.

Hi,
I just want to know what are the points that one must keep in mind before joining an animation institute.
My brother wants to join an animation institute but not sure which one is better?
Please help.

1. Never Join any institute which has number of branches scattered all over the country... because they are there to make business but not to train students who meet industry standards...
2. Join at places where there is only one center and the faculty should be production experienced ( Bangalore : Ittina, Hyderabad: Goldeneyevfx Mumbai: Graphiti etc..) ( don't join at places where they say that we get production faculty in weekends.. But they lie
3. There is absolutely zero value for certificates in this Animation Industry..
4. Your specialization is your friend. You will never ever land up in a job if you are not specialized...
and wait specialization MEANS not MAYA specialization its department specialization... like either Modeling or Character Animation or Lighting or Texturing etc...
