Problem with Vista Real Game

Hello,
I have a problem with JEWEL MINER Real. I bought the game and it worked for a while with Windows XP and then one fine day, when I clicked play, the screen is now completely empty and my computer crashed completely to the point that I hand off several times. I changed later computer with Vista and I would solve this problem. Not at all. Same problem. I have contacted the customer service Real in this regard but the proposed solutions do not work.
Has anyone ever had this problem? How to fix it? Thank you in advance

What you call empty, black screen?

Have you tried:
the Windows key (between alt and ctrl at the bottom left of your keyboard) Ctrl + Alt + Delete> Task Manager> what's happening?

+ white blank screen like this but nothing at all. Only the mouse arrow that can move but is useless. I tried Ctrl + Alt + Delete nothing happens. The task manager does not appear, the taskbar does not appear. The screen remains blank and then goes black after the normal economy. I waited 30 min. not empty. support of 2 sec. nothing happens, still blank screen but this time after 6 seconds support of the computer has kindly off. It means what to put in its configuration profile? I am rather a computer novice and this is the 1st time I consult a forum. Thank you very much and good day also

Click on the link (profile is shown in blue means it contains a link ) A tutorial (from smilblick) will tell you how . It is all gone through the case "novice"
