9500 GT graphics card (error code 43)

Not long ago I bought a Gforce 9500GT and I installed drivers OK but when I go to device manager I say it is impossible to use (error code 43)

2 GB of RAM
Pentium 4 3Ghz
and to update my card I wanted is automatically windows but still on the search software online

When I go on Windows Update there is an update for my card, but reached the end it is my error 80070103 (I say that there are already the same driver installed or downloaded a vista that is less)
