Convert MP3 to text with Speech to text in Word.

I have got a MP3 file of a conference call that I want to convert to text in Word, actually in transcribe, so can anyone tell me how can I configure that? I have already loaded the speech file in Word and I am not the speaker, so I wont be able to train word. I just want to make corrections. Btw I am using Windows XP and office 2003. Thanks.

For that you will need to use a text to speech software or you can simply turn on Narrator. That is the only inbuilt tool available that allow you to listen what you are typing. While for more accuracy you can find out more software that would perform really well.
