PHP Hardware

I have very little computer knowledge. Can someone help me please.
I have had my Website made in India in a Language called PHP.

Now, i am setting up my own very small office. What i want to know is;

What 'Hardwear and Softwear' will i need to maintain and take forward my website and my business????

My website will have a Huge database i have been told as it will have Millions of Pictures and Photographs and text Details.

Basically, if you want to host a website then you must install the following software.

1. PHP installed (>=4.3.x)
2. MySQL installed (preferred 4.x.x. if you use 3.x.x, it will run, but some modules with certain SQL queries require a higher MySQL version. The core itself should operate normally.)

Also, you need a certain configuration of your Apache and PHP in order to get it working.
