Install Windows XP on vmware!

I am trying to create a virtual machine running Windows XP with vmware
I first created a Windows Server 2003 without problem, in the same way with my iso of Windows XP I have to say at the launch of the machine "no hard disk drive is detecting" trying different configuration at the options in "Edit setting" but no result

Have you ever had this problem? Or may come to my problem ? Do you have any suggestions?
