Export / import contacts with MSN Messenger

How can I export contacts from msn messenger and import them in linkedin ?

To move contacts msn messenger from one account to another follow these steps:

1. Log on to MSN Messenger with your address and password
   
   
2. In the "contacts", choose "Export my list of contacts" or "Save the Messenger"
   
   
3. Save the file. "Ctt" in the folder of your choice.
   
   
4. Sign up now with your new account
   
   
5. In the menu "Contacts", select "import a list of contacts." Your contacts are now added to your list!

well you could do this way, export your contact list and it will look like this for eg:

you could just clean it up and do something like this in a text file
