How to Disable Autosize of Images in Internet Explorer and Firefox
By default, when an image is larger than the browser, Internet Explorer and Firefox reduce the order to be visible in its entirely. If we can see the image in its entirety, we can not see directly in its actual size. Let us all to proceed to disable this feature. The images then appear at their actual size directly into the browser window.
With Internet Explorer
When an image is larger than the window in Internet Explorer 6, the latter automatically reduces the image. To view it in real size, then leave the mouse a few seconds on the image so that the icon appears in the bottom right corner:
Simply click on this icon will display the full size image. For the opposite effect, just do the same manipulation: after a few seconds over the image with the mouse, the icon will appear:
A new click on it will reduce the image so that it can be displayed in the window without scrolling bar and vertical or horizontal.
So that the images are displayed directly in their original size with Internet Explorer, we'll change the following:
Open regedit (Start, Run ... and then type regedit)
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Main
On the right, double click the Enable AutoImageResize and change its value by no yes. If you want to restore the default setting, simply return the value to yes.
Note that if the value chain enables AutoImageResize is not present, you can create it by going to Edit, New, String Value. For the amendment to be effective, it is necessary to restart Internet Explorer.

With Firefox
Like its counterpart Internet Explorer, Firefox automatically reduced when the images are larger than the size of the window. However, it is faster to switch to display size or smaller, since a simple click on the image allows you to switch from one format to another.
Nevertheless, it remains possible to display the default size of images by manipulating the following:
- In a new Firefox tab, type about: config in the address bar.
- In the Filter field, type browser.enable_automatic_image_resizing directly to find the option to change
- Double click the option name found to increase its value to false.
To restore the default, a new double-click increase the value of the option to true.
Note: unlike IE, it is not necessary to restart Firefox for the change is effective.
