Problem with Acer Aspire 9410

My problem is:

My Aspire 9410 from past 1 months since then cut it completely: after starting for 26 minutes.

I therefore decided to do a test with HD and as I suspected my disk is at the end of life.

I command a larger and more powerful, I format and reinstall XP ... then it is the miracle: a mere 1 minute pure start ^ ^.

For it was against a lot of drivers for all devices, I download all the ones I wanted (on the site of Acer).
But there are 2 devices that I can not installed:
- Modem Device on High Definition Audio Bus
- The Camera (It starts detecting for the drivers installed and ask me or is located lv321av.sys)

What search have you done (including hidden and system files) to find the file "lv321av.sys on your hard drive? It may already be there.
