Ringtone editor for Nokia Phone

Last week i formatted Nokia N 70 phone and memory card. In that i loss many application which is already built in phone. like nokia gallery, quickword , Quick sheet , Quickpoint and ring tone editor. In that I download quickword , Quick sheet Quickpoint but still i didn't found nokia gallery and ring tone editor ?

Can anyone know about ring tone editor ?
