Why getting problem installing Internet Explorer 7

Hi,
I am getting problems installing Internet Explorer 7.
It says some msfeeds.dll problem & stops in between.
Any help?

The resolution to the IE 7 cannot be installed on system running Windows XP SP3 is to ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of IE7 setup package. Ensure that the setup installer for IE7 is for the later build version. In any case, this won’t be big problem if you just download the IE7 setup executable from Microsoft directly.

To resolve this problem, run the Windows Internet Explorer 7 installation program and clear the Install the latest updates for Internet Explorer and the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (recommended) check box. To do this, follow these steps.

Note Before you install Windows Internet Explorer 7, make sure that your computer meets the requirements for installing Windows Internet Explorer 7. To view the requirements for installing Windows Internet Explorer 7, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

1. Double-click the Windows Internet Explorer installation program. If you are prompted, click Run.

2. On the Welcome to Windows Internet Explorer 7 page of the installation program, click Next.
3. Review the license agreement, and then click I Accept.

If you do not accept the terms of the license agreement, we recommend that you do not click I Accept.
4. Click Validate to validate the Windows installation.
5. On the Get the latest updates page of the installation program, click to clear the Install the latest updates for Internet Explorer and the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (recommended) check box, and then click Next.
6. When the installation program finishes, click Restart Now (Recommended) to restart the computer.
