Unable to install Flash in Windows XP home

Hi,
I have windows XP home.
I want to install Flash but I can't What could be the reason I don't know, if anyone knows about this problem?

I suggest you to clean your registry with some good registry cleaner software like CCleaner. Run an uninstall tool.
If you can tell us what exactly happens when you try to install the software it will be more easy to help you.

Well the thing is when i try to install flash it shows me that the software is installed but i cant see it in the installed programs directory or in add remove utility.
I will download CCleaner & let you know if this helps.
