Temperature problem and lag

Well! my very core temperature now is 58 idle on the desktop, and when I surf ago when I play, it surprised fully up to around 70 degrees :rolleyes2

Had sent my computer to repair, so had them sent back with a new motherboard and put it, they took on new paste, but there are few big problems sooner.

What can the problem be? Be the chassis fan, cpu fan & "GPU fan / or what it called"

I hope you will help me, get some lag from time to time in WoW.

Uh, 70 degrees is quite common when playing games.
As about the lagging of the game, does is give any error?

No error is given. It just lags.
BTW, I check the temperature with speedfan & tear turner.
