I have an HP deskjet 3820 and the last few days it is impossible to print. We relocated to another computer and the problem remains. when we want to print a document, the document is displayed well in the print queue manager of the printer but after a few sec the status displays "suppression" and the document disappears from the file.
I think this problem is related to the installation of Windows and a problem of spooling I could not make re installation (Windows XP as well as VISTA) pc because the customer was new and under warranty, and that he wanted to make a charge on new, it seems that the facilities made at the factory, they are, sometimes, some small bugs.
who have this problem printing alone disappears after a few seconds to format and reinstall XP or Vista and see if the problem and solved.
