Wireless router problem

Hello there,

Please help me with this. I am using wireless router for my machine. Today when i started downloading, my torrent stopped responding and gave me error: internet connection lost!:crybaby: Is it because of router?

Go to your wireless routers web interface and check to see if you have a DHCP address from your Internet provider. If you do or you don’t try to renew it then you might be able to connect.

If you think its router problem then Reset your router:

Some times after many changes and many restarts your routers configuration files can get messed up. Even after you made many changes via your routers web interface they won’t stick. So you might need to reset you router by taking a paper clip and pressing the button in back of the router for about thirty seconds. This will reset it and give you a fresh start.

Check that your router and wireless adapters are configured for DHCP
switch to another encryption method and make sure your network key is correct
disable all firewalls on PC to diagnose your connection problem.
You can try turning down the security level in your browser.
