Click on Service Record. Details of the current month usage and previous month will be shown.

Click on 'change password', give 'Old password', 'New password' and confirm. Password will be changed.

For that you will need to access the portal which needs a 14digit portal id along with the password for login. If that is not working then there are two possibilities. First either your user id or password has some issue or their is issue in the server side. You can try to contact the customer service support for that get solution for the same. They will assist you for the problem which is occurring on the website.
