When computer starts no task bar start menu or Icons show-up
When I boot-up my computer none of the Icons or the Taskbar/Start Menu show up... the only thing that appears is my mouse and the background.
i bring up the task manager via ctrl + alt + delete. Under processes explorer.exe is not running.
I then try to start it via a new task (file drop-down menu) but it will only run for a second...
I can see the start menu/ task bar flash up for a second.
Any Ideas?
Thanks

Did you scan your computer for spyware, viruses ???
Also try deleting explorer and re copying explorer in the system folder and check if it works.
This may also happen because maybe the explorer may be corrupt over time.::cool:

Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software . This problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes .
