Hi
i've got a Sony VAIO PCG-7A2L laptop and it has wireless net connection through WIRELESS NETWORK CARDS - WG111,802.11g 54 Mbps Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter. I use Windows Vista with both Internet Explorer 7.0 and Firefox 2.0. but I have no internet connection whenever I try to get to the web it gives problem i can't access my web page.
Any help would be appreciated. Also I do not know much about computers so try to make easy for me to understand! Thanks

Domain Name Server (DNS) problems are the cause of many Internet connection issues. I suggest using the OpenDNS service from http://www.opendns.com/
I tried using Firefox browser but the result is same. It gives a message
that connection to server was reset while page was loading.
I have tried things like installing SP3 (I got it through my other laptop
which is working fine), downloading malware removal software from MS site and
running it and also installing Bullguard v8.5 but no fix.
If you check the status of your WLAN you'll probably notice it's sending packets but not recieving them. If you have double and triple checked your network settings and firewall settings then....You may want to try simply restarting the router.... I've noticed some wireless routers (linksys in my case) would not take new wireless clients as willingly as i wanted them to. After kicking everyone off the network for a couple minutes my new wireless client was ready to go.
