Problem flashing BIOS on XFX nForce 790i Ultra Sli

Let me explain my problem briefly:

Some time ago I wanted to make fun with my config, so I took all good .. I noticed later that it was almost too good and too new that I had taken. And for good reason, my constituents, who were already certified to be fitted together, creates a lot of instability and freeze Windows.

The problem now, I think, bios, which is still too young. So I decided it was about time to flash the bios (to go to P08) and was much more to do on windows .. I did everything prior doing this and I had many problems! Finally I got a new motherboard with the same old rotten bios.

I must once again flash, but this time I'd like to do well. I was on the site of the manufacturer and downloaded .iso, burned to a CD with nero bootcd and tried to flash but nothing happens; got error message that cd is not recognized and yet they walk on windows.

I wonder if the problem is with the SATA? So I'm stuck at this stage and I ask your help.

XFX nForce 790i Ultra Sli
OCZ 2x1GB DDR3-2000 with OCZ XTC Cooler

HDD: 500GB
Samsung 2693HM Full HD

Can't you do that with a floppy disk ?

I do not have a floppy drive .. But I can find one, of course, but I thought we could easily do it from a CD as it is even recommended by the manufacturer on its website.

With a disk you need to file what to do? Because on the site there is .bin to do so since the utility for Windows and the .iso to flash from a bootable CD.

I do not know how it happens at XFX. But if you do not have any files available to it you will have no choice. And installing another CD in IDE? You must register on the site to have access to the DL?

Yes you must be registered and have access to download the drivers must have registered their product via the serial number, but I can tell you what is in this section under bios. Yes I saw those messages, but there is a new BIOS that was released and it is not a beta version.

How did you burned the iso? With Nero I think.

That is exactly what I did, I've burned CD image, as is usual with .iso

I tried to change the player several times and I met the same error message. I have to repeat the message to be true elsewhere, I will post as soon as I try again.

I would say to repeat everything from the start by removing one of the readers!
