Cannot delete a file in Windows Vista.

Hi friends I am facing an issue whenever I am trying to delete a file it’s not getting deleted and I am getting an error message as “Cannot delete file: Access is denied”
I have tried to delete the file using Cmd from Task Manager, it didn’t work out.
I would really appreciate the person. Please help me out with this issue.

Sure I will help you out with this Did you try to Delete the file by going into Safe Mode and than Deleting it hope it will work for you.

Follow the below steps after downloading it:-

1. Simply right click the folder or file which was showing an error message and select Unlocker.
2. If the folder or file is locked, a window listing of lockers will appear.
3. Simply click Unlock All and you are done.
4. Restart you PC.
