PC DVD burners are not recognized
Hello,
I have Packard Bell iStart 9130 with windows vista Premium control, the day before yesterday I noticed that my computer dvdburners are not recognized. both marked with yellow exclamation point by properties. I removed the two burners, and fix it again but my pc does not recognize them, it says that the drivers not installed.
Please help me :crybaby:
Re: PC DVD burners are not recognized
What error message you get ? reinstall chipset drivers. sometimes it helps in Vista SP1.
Re: PC DVD burners are not recognized
Thank you for a quick reply. my Dvd writer gives me error Code 39.
Re: PC DVD burners are not recognized
In that case, the control software from the DVD-Rewriter not loaded. Take the Registry editor there and go to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE System CurrentControlSet Control Class (4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318). In this place you'll find the two parameters "Lower Filters' and 'UpperFilters. Well, these two parameters, you must remove, and then the computer can start again.
Re: PC DVD burners are not recognized
