PC DVD burners are not recognized

I have Packard Bell iStart 9130 with windows vista Premium control, the day before yesterday I noticed that my computer dvdburners are not recognized. both marked with yellow exclamation point by properties. I removed the two burners, and fix it again but my pc does not recognize them, it says that the drivers not installed.

What error message you get ? reinstall chipset drivers. sometimes it helps in Vista SP1.

In this place you'll find the two parameters "Lower Filters' and 'UpperFilters. Well, these two parameters, you must remove, and then the computer can start again.
