i am having Intel® Core™2 Quad,Intel LGA775 Platform,Dual-channel DDR2 800, installed Windows-xp(sp2).it generates problem while opening an e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook Express, images are blocked. the mesage comes above window of email message:
"Some pictures have been blocked to help prevent the sender from identifying your computer. Click here to download pictures."
so is this problem related with image format or it's regarding to internet?

try the following setting:
- Go to "tools" at the top and the choose "options"
- Go to "security"
- check "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail"
- click OK / Accept
that means images are block deselect the button the problem will solve.:thumbup1:

This problem occurs because of the new Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail security option. By default, this option is turned on in Outlook Express after you install Windows XP SP2.

The sender has sent a link shortcut instead of an image. A red box will appear in an email if the image is not available from the web site that is hosting it.
For images sent via HTML emails: it is also possible that your email program does not support HTML, and you are unable to view images that are present in the HTML code.
