Hey i'm facing problem while sending emails from my laptop, I'm using MS Outlook 2007 and window vista have been installed on my laptop.
Currently i'm using hathway connection and all my account settings are fine related with pop and smtp is concern. When i try to send any emails an error pop-ups in between whereas i can receive an email with that default settings.
Is there any solution for this problem?
Call your service provider if your settings are perfectly alright. He might be able to help you with this problem.
As mention earlier that you are using Window Vista, you required an additional step of disabling authentication.
For that follow the steps below mentioned:-
Under Tools --> Account Settings --> Account (Double clicking on each email account) --> More Settings--> Outgoing Server Tab, Then Uncheck “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”.
And you will be able to send your emails again.
