XP Schedule Batch file

I am unable to have a batch file start in windows XP Professional, while it works manually.

Run = [ C:\Webs\Upload.Bat ]
Run as Administrator
X - Enable (scheduled task)
Schedule task; Weekly / 12.01 am / every 1 week on / Wed & Sat
Group permissions All = Allow

Any suggestion is appreciated

We have 33 scripts all working well in the XP Scheduler, BUT we can not get the batch files to work and have tried the following.

In Task [ C:\BatchFile\Ftp.bat ] and
In Task [ Cmd / C:\BatchFile\Ftp.bat ]

Am I doing something wrong ?
