Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 3000 is not working.

Hi friends yesterday I bought a new wireless keyboard. I try to use the volume keys it’s not working can anyone help me out with this issue.
I am using Windows XP sp2.
My PC configurations are as follows.

Intel Dual Core 2.4 Ghz.
1gb RAM.
120gb HDD.

Sure i will help you with that Rochan. Did you try to install the drivers which you got with you Keyboard, if not try to insatll it and see it will work for you.
