Hi,
I have bought new 9600GT yesterday .
I have placed the card on my PCI slot on my motherboard. I have also connected the pin connector which I have got with the package. I am getting an orange color light on my monitor led whenever I Power ON my PC.
Check all (cable) connections and try to put the card in another slot. Put your old card back in to insure it works also, if it works than return the card.
I have tried all the things about of no use.
But actually,i am not connecting my monitor cable to card port(using dvi -> vga connector).
i have kept the monitor connected to the port for which it was connected earlier.
You need to Connect your monitor to the new video card.if you wan't connect, it wan't allow you to show the display on your monitor
