- Make right-click anywhere on any desktop, go to "Arrange Icons" and check the option "show icons" is checked.
- For the resolution, right click on the desktop, properties, settings, screen resolution (with the cursor).
- For the start menu, verify that when you put your mouse at the bottom of the screen, you do not double black pointer, in which case, a click / drag you back your start menu
I can not even do right click!
I will say to restart several times, but I guess that's already done, otherwise it must reformat, if it does not work, I would consignment service unless someone else on the forum has a better solution
