Change display tree explore resources
Hello to all.
Prior to format the pc I found a trick that with a small change to registry by which explore tree looks can be modified instead of the usual view of the tree explores resources:
+ Floppy (A: )
+ System (C: )
+ Disk (D: )
etc ...
was so ordered:
+ (A: ) Floppy
+ (C: ) System
+ (D: ) Disc
etc. ....
It a stupid customization but I was accustomed to
Remember the change log on to do?

Here is that customization trick,
Show the Drive Letters first
In Windows Explorer, the drive letters are normally shown in brackets behind the names of the drives. For better orientation you can change the drive letter to be displayed in front of the drive name.
Start the registry editor by clicking Start -> Run and type regedit.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer. In the menu of the registry editor click Edit, then New -> DWORD value. Name the new value ShowDriveLettersFirst. Now double-click it and change its value to "4".
Click "OK" and close the registry editor. Reboot your system! Now, in the windows explorer the drive letters are shown before the drive names.

Interesting trick. Thanks for having posted the solution, it may be helpful to others in the future.
Re: Change display tree explore resources
There are more values for ShowDriveLettersFirst. The default value is "0", which will display the drive name first and then the drive letter. If you change the value to "1", you will see the network drive letter in front of the local drive letter. A value of "2" will only show you the name of the drive without the drive letter.
