Unable to login with my new account

Hello, yesterday i had created a new account on my pc and even one for myself.

Currently i'm using my family account.

When i tried to login with my new account, i was unable to connect with the internet. Afterwards i just used my family account to connect the internet and it worked for me. So please can you help me out with this problem?

Then i created a new account for me and i tried to connect the internet and it worked, but now it is not working. When i tried with my family account it's still working fine for me.

Please help me out.

Because i think the Administrators account might have to grant permission to the User account to use it first. And if the permission is not granted during the process of setting up an account, user accounts might be restricted in terms of security is concern.

Follow the steps below mentioned:-

First Go to Start--> In that Settings-->Then select Network Connections and in that select your network connection.
