BIOS Update Problem

Hello
MY PC Crashes suddenly.....when i submit Error Report to Microsoft (Through Error Reporting ) it says that you should upgrade your BIOS .i searched many sites but didnt get BIOS update can you help me....my BIOS information is follows:-

You might be provided with a cd with your motherboard and there might be a tool inside that you have to install for upgrading BIOS. Or go onto your motherboard manufacturer site and download a software which can upgrade BIOS. What is your computer specification btw?

I have My mobo CD...but its driver r 5 years old....

Use any virtual drive software like daemon tools.
