winamp

I have winamp5 installed in my computer . I was enjoying it very much.But as i create a user account along with the administrator,the problem begins.whenever i try to run a winamp file in my user account first winamp installer seem to run and then a window came that shows this programme is available in network resource,error 1706 and i have to close to many windows appearing afterwards.And after a lot of hassel winamp suddenly run after few mins.I have reinstalled winamp for quite few times.but the problem didn't stop. pls help me.......
