CPU limited

My config,

Motherboard: GA-EP45-DS3
Graphics: HD4850
CPU: E4500 @ 2.2Ghz
Memory: 2 x 1GB Corsair PC6400
Power: Corsair VX450
HDD: 320GB WD

So now, what I would be limited to is 2.20Ghz CPU? Maybe I could overclock a little kind to 2.8GHz?

If your CPU is at 2.2GHz then it clearly indicates limitation!

Change the heatpipe by OCZ vendetta. Your Processor will mount to 3.0Ghz easily without too much heat.
