computer is not booting ??

hi there..
my home pc is not working.after i switched on the pc its not booting.Fan is just rotating but nothing on monitor .Monitor goes in standby state .my administer is not able to visit fast .so can any buddy suggest me option for this problem??

i think it could be the graphics card i know b/c i had the same problem a while ago

scratch that i know that it is the graphics card because i had the problem twice but you don't have an PCI graphics card installed when the said event occured then your motherboard is slowly dying
