Error message in dreamweaver

Every time I start my dreamweaver cs4 so everything works fine fine, until I try to open a file in it. Then, each time there is an error message "An invalid argument was encountered" and then it's not more of it, but in some cases there will be another error message that makes the whole program hangs and shuts down .. Why is this? so it has not been from the beginning .. It is quite irritating when trying to work and everything hangs all the time ..

Have you tried to Reinstall Dreamweaver ? Try Reinstalling Dreamweaver

I Have tried all of the troubleshooting options and it continues with the same errors.and it is completely fresh installation of Dreamweaver CS3, I haven't created anything with it yet

1. . I downloaded Avast! anti-virus program and SCANNED my computer. It founded several viruses that may have contributed to the problem.
2. I downloaded the Microsoft VBasic runtime files and reinstalled those.
