Unable to Erase the files from the DVD-RW
Hi Friends,
I have a problem with my DVD-RW. I have SONY DVD-RW, i have added some .exe files and some other related files to it. The DVD has filled with some 400-500 Mb, then I had try to add some more files to it but it does not allowed to do the same.
Therefore, I try to erase all the earlier files from the DVD-RW and start with the new burning process, but the problem start there itself. Whenever I try to erase the files it stuck there and gives the error message saying that "E drive: (does not Respond)".
I have tried some lot more options but it won't worked out.
So,please help me and suggest that how else should I Erase the Files from the DVD.
Thanks in Advance
Re: Unable to Erase the files from the DVD-RW
You are unable to delete individual files from a DVD-RW disc on a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer. However, you can add to or change the files on a disc, or erase the entire disc.
Re: Unable to Erase the files from the DVD-RW
Are able to close the window which is not responding,If you are not able to close then press clt+alt+del Buttons on the keyboards which will take you to the windows task manager, then try to cut down the services named "dumpera" services which are related to that.
Then again try to open from the file from the DVD-RW.
