What Power Supply for HD 4850 Graphic Card

Hello all, I know that this issue has already been asked but I want to know what PSU to take the HD4850 that I will soon buy =)

Here is my config and tell me which choice is best for going well knowing that I have yet 230w =(

Core2 Quad Q6600 2.40GHz
HD4850 512MB (I will be soon)
Motherboard Aspire M5610

Corsair 450W or 430W Antec Earthwatts ... (Some say 380w is enough)

Have a look at my siggy. The PSU that am using is flawless but apart from its heavy cost.
