Airtel Broadband is Best or worst

What do you think Airtel Broadband is best or worst ? and what about cutomer care support ?

About Airtel Broadband speed is good. and better then BSNL broadband.

Don't know about Broadband But Airtel mobile office is worst.

Plans are suck. I have Unlimited 256 Kbps (always get min. 42 - 45 kBps Download speed)
price is little high compare to BSNL
Customer Care service is excellent.

because of 3rd reason still i'm attach with Airtel BB since Nov, 2005.
