Restart of the PC
Hi,
Here is my current configuration:
Motherboard: Gigabyte N650SLI-DS4L
Processor: Intel core2quad Q9400 2.66GHz
Memory: 2GB DDR2
160GB HDD
Graphics card: MSI GeForce GTX280 1GB
Corsair 750W
Since I changed my graphics card, my and my food processor, my pc restarts itself as a big no error message most of the time during a game or a movie. I do not know where it may come, the temperature of my component is not excessive and the food is new.
Thank you in advance for your advice and answers.

Re: Restart of the PC
First, remove the automatic restart. And what error message you get.
What are your temperatures?

Re: Restart of the PC
I had already unchecked the box after a few searches but nothing has changed. My processor is around 34 degrees and my graphics card within 45 °.
This is the definition of the error:
- The service NEC PCI to USB Enhanced Host Controller could not start because of the error:
- The service can not be started because it is disabled or no enabled devices associated with it.

Re: Restart of the PC
I do not have original xp cd but I installed all the drivers needed. I think it is more related to a configuration of power.

Re: Restart of the PC
Ok so all drivers are current, you have not forgotten those in the chipset?
Your XP SP3? What antivirus? What is the new power supply?

Re: Restart of the PC
Hello, all the drivers are up to date, I have Windows XP SP3 and Avira Antivir personal as antivirus and the new power supply is a Corsair 750W.

Re: Restart of the PC
I recently downloaded the new drivers for my video card and my motherboard and it has stopped restart but not for long. I wonder if I lack of RAM to run such a graphics card.
