DriveStation 2Share, in fact, can be used as an external hard drive to back up data from a single PC, or connected to the Ethernet network to share files between different computers connected to the network. The transition between these modes of use is extremely easy. Enough, in fact, connect the device to a PC via USB if you want to use as external hard drive, or connect to the network via Ethernet cable and press the appropriate button on the front to change the NAS.
