Download Camino 1.6.6 : New Web browser for Macintosh

A new version of Camino browser has been made available to users. They announced an improvement in the security, stability and blocking advertisements.

Camino is to recall a customer Internet browser that was developed specifically for the Macintosh. It therefore uses clean technologies in Mac OS X like the file manager or Finder search engine files Spotlight.

Among the functions proposed by the open source browser, we note with navigation tabs, blocking windows intemperate, adding many expansions, protection of privacy and management of downloads.

A new revision 1.6.6 has just made its appearance on the official website. Release notes relating announce the Gecko rendering engine that goes for milling 1.8.1.19, which is reflected in the fixed many vulnerabilities and greater stability of the software.
