xul.dll missing

The Firefox shortcut icon appears on the desktop after reinstallation of Firefox 3.: Refusal to create a xul.dll missing since ... Please help me because I do not have an installation disk Mozilla, or find this dll. and how to install it.

I download Firefox after uninstalling the old one, I call recording, then I will file or is recording firefox.exe following the download, I click open, and my browser opens instead of settle, no icon on the desktop. There already is an anomaly.

Until I troubleshoot a loading Firefox from a CD found in a magazine, is an older version: 1, but the icon is there and the browser market, what surprises me is that I find my bookmarks of version 3, while it is the older version of Firefox which starts.
