format SD memory card from Ntfs to fat32 windows XP

I have purchased an SD Memory Card on the packaging it is wriiten that SD is formatted in FAT32 by default When i tried to Insert the card in memory Card reader it is in NTFS Format and my phone support Fat system so I tried to Format it in Fat32 But I Did Not Get the option to Format it in Fat format . Currently the card is NTFS format and I would like To Switch it in Fat32 Format. Can anybody please tell me How can i Do It

Did You Properly check the Disk is in NTFS Format and also You can Check By Right Clicking properties and see you can format it in Windows Explorer.

Try to format using disk management tool by

Right click on My Computer> Manage> Disk Management select your Card then try Formating

I Tried Both Methods Earlier It Did Not Worked out Is there any other we can solve this problem Thanks for your time Guys

You can Try To Format it usind Command Prompt

Directly under XP, run the command prompt, no need for external software:

Here the Steps

CLick Start >>Select Run>> in Run Dialog Box Type Cmd >> in Command Prompt type this
