dish tv is openly doing fraud & have started charging RS 40 for opting for lower value pack. And i simply dont understand how can a company charge a penalty for downgradation.
Every customer can select whatever they want, if they dont like certain channels, it is obvious that they will shift to a lower value pack with less number of channels. And here comes a policy which says, Rs 40 for downgrading your pack. Horible!
Well, frankly speaking Rs. 40 is not a big deal but when it comes to Rs. 500, your mind will be f*. The story is this way, recently I upgraded from hatyway internet to a 256 kbps plan and for this change in plan I was charged Rs. 500 for upgradation from a 64 bit plan. :angry:
I dont know why the hell they charge this much cause it makes no sense for us. Infact taking a new connection would cost you the same charge including installations and all. This policy has to be overwritten someday. :angry:
