Unable to run my microphone?

Hello,

That is as much after formatting I can not settle my microphone under Realtek, in fact whatever I can do is uncheck the check to replace the sound of my microphone I have a reference to echo what I hear in my speaker or I have nothing at all?
I made the round of the forum and there is nothing either stereo mix .

I installed Realtek for sound. According to my microphone I've never had a specific pilot, it is a small headset microphone

yes in Realtek I see I plug or unplug the microwave but it appears the areas of adjustment remains dimmed.
