Bluetooth serial port is disabled. To enable it, follow the steps that are given below:
- Click on 'Start I Control Panel'.
- Go to 'My Bluetooth Places I Bluetooth Tasks I View My Bluetooth Services'.
- Right-click on the 'Bluetooth Serial Port' icon and check ifthe port is enabled.
- Now, you will be able to selectthe Bluetooth COM port without any problems.
