Need remote mouse pointer?

Is there any such thing available that provides me good remote that will give me full mouse pointer control?I want to have full control of Windows on the media center computer from the couch.

I'd go a good wireless trackball or even a GOOD keyboard with trackball built in would be sweet,but I still want the best.
