Drive, the last NFS force

Personally, I played NFS: Carbon, and I can tell you that I find hot pursuit to sh**, but I never had any challenge to the judicial forces in NFS, whenever I am forced to look to the cops, not the reverse. I do not see how it could be catching on NFS: Carbon, unless you are stuck in a ravine or I know what. I hardly plays, but this is really easy.
