Fixed height & width in new window

Has a website for my sports club and would like to get to when clicking on the link to a new window with fixed height and width for example 300x400, ideally, one should not be able to pull it out either, but it is not as important. Guess you can only push in a small window. Have tried to Google on it but find no such.

You can of course height and width as you want :rolleyes:

I understand what you meant, but the point is that I use Joomla for my site. And had to push in the code in the new window. So not that the code is where you click on the link, but that it is in the window to open, perhaps a bit woolly :P
